Queen City Collective Coffee opens early in the morning. They offer a variety of toppings on their standard donut. The day we came I got a nonstandard Poppyseed French Curlier with a tart lemon frosting. Oh baby it was good. They put some funky cream in my coffee. It's an acquired taste which I did not develop during my breakfast.

So happy to finally find a dog friendly cafe. The walk up counter is great! I wish more places had one. Had a latte and sat and read on the patio for an hour. It’s a 35 minute walk for us but we will be back! The inside is quite small, but it looked like there was at least 1 table open while we were there on a Sunday afternoon. Also so nice that they weren’t blaring music like some places do. Could definitely sit and chat or get some work done here. 10/10! I won’t tell you what my favorite drink is because if I walk that whole way just to find out they ran out I’ll be so sad, but I will tell you their whole menu is great! Americanos, lavender matcha, dirty chai, so many options and they’re all yummy. As you can tell by the drool, Stella thinks the food is delicious too!

One of my favorite coffee spots in the city. Coffee is incredible, pastry choices are great (don’t miss out on the Croissant donuts on the weekends!) and all the baristas are consistently kind.

Took a weekend trip with my friend to Denver and stumbled upon this place. I was so impressed with their coffee’s consistency. 4 days straight we came here for coffee and each day a new barista made my latte. Each day the latte was absolutely PERFECT. Milk wasn’t burnt and the ratio of milk to espresso was perfect. Hard to find a coffee shop with this kind of quality, not to mention how friendly the staff was!! It was the perfect spot for us to adopt for the weekend.

I’ve been to Queen City Collective Coffee in the Baker neighborhood and love it. So, when I stumbled on this one, I was super stoked. It does not disappoint. The mocha looks amazing and tastes wonderful. Service is fast, baristas are friendly, and the ambience is warm. The light rail run right in front of the shop, a fun extra. Complimentary wi-fi is available. There’s street parking. The small little coffee shop, which seats around twelve, is worth the visit.

These folks know their coffee! Our visit was, simply put, a home run. We had QCC coffee the night before at Safta in the form of a Cortado. It was so delicious we immediately made plans to seek out the roastery in the morning to start our day. My friends both got regular drip coffee (with milk and sugar) and I got a latte. The barista who served our drinks said he’d chosen the Guatemalan roast for them and asked that they try it and let him know so he could switch it up if they preferred- I loved that attention to detail and genuine excitement for their products. It even came with a free refill! My latte was perfect. The espresso used had a hint of acidity/sour taste that I personally didn’t care for but that’s 1000% a personal preference and comes down to the bean. The drip coffee was winner at our table. (And to be clear- I didn’t suffer with my latte, it was very good!). The staff were all simply excellent. We quickly saw we made a mistake not getting donuts and grabbed two to-go. I had the chai donut in the afternoon and it was spectacular. The croissant donut (what?!) is waiting for tomorrow. I can’t wait to try the bagged coffee I purchased too. Thanks to the staff for an awesome experience. We wish you had a location down in COS where we are!! This shop’s love for the community and their craft is evident from the moment you walk in. I can’t wait to return, and it’ll be hard not to drive up on a random Saturday morning just for QCC’s brews. (Honorable mention for the Australian chai I didn’t get to try on this visit but am drooling about for next time!)
